Experienced Company Secretarial Manager required to work within our Company Secretarial Department.

We are currently seeking to recruit a qualified or part-qualified Company Secretary. The applicant should be ICSA qualified or part qualified with 18 months to 3 years experience working in a company secretarial environment. They should be able to demonstrate initiative and the ability to manage a large portfolio of clients. Strong organisational and communication skills are essential for this role. An attractive salary will be offered to the right candidate as well as ongoing support and study package.
